Because foreign MLM companies are not allowed to do business here. They need a local Malaysian company to apply for license.

Second thing I want to highlight is this:

DCHL is selling a 1 litre bottle of oil for more than RM200.
In the US, it is selling for only USD17. = less than RM 65.
